One person opens a room and shares the link that appears.
No install, no signup, free. 3–20 players.
No link? Join with the six-character code instead.
How it works
- One person taps “Open a room” and pastes the link into your Discord, Zoom or group chat.
- Everyone opens that link and enters a nickname to join.
- Each phone shows only its own word. From there you just talk on the call and vote.
There is no voice chat on this site. Use it alongside whatever call you are already on — Discord, Zoom, FaceTime, anything.
Common questions
- Can I play the imposter game online with friends?
- Yes. Open a room, share the link, and everyone joins on their own phone or laptop — from 3 up to 20 players.
- Is it free, and is there anything to download?
- It is free and runs in the browser. No app, no account, nothing to download.
- Does it work over Discord or Zoom?
- That is exactly how it is meant to be played. This site handles the words and the voting; you keep talking on whatever call you are already on.
- How does the online imposter game work?
- One person opens a room and shares the link. Each phone shows only its own word — everyone shares the same one except the imposter. Talk it out on the call for a few minutes, then vote.
